Day time The Island Cow opens early for Breakfast, a perfect place for the whole family to gather before an outing or for a business meeting over Starbucks Coffee in one of our 8 person booths! The bistro is airy with french doors out to the front and back patios.
Night Time
At dinner time dine under the stars while you listen to live music on one of Sanibel's only al fresco eating porches. Stop in at the bar anytime for a snack or take away orders. You're just like family at the Island Cow so feel free to call ahead for large parties or when you're in a hurry.
Specials Daily specials are served in the morning: Monday - Saturday 7:30am - 11:00am and on Sunday's till 12:00am Lunch begins at 11:00am and Dinner time closes when the music stops.
